    Topics covered include process analysis, waiting time analysis, quality management, inventory management, project management, revenue management, and supply chain management.

  • Invited PhD Teaching Panel Speaker, Ross PhD Teaching Panel (Winter 2026). Invited to share teaching strategies and classroom experiences with Ross PhD students serving as instructors.
  • Instructional Support Specialist, TO 534: Operations Management (Winter 2026, 53 students). Served as the primary point of contact for student questions and coursework, including Canvas support, weekly virtual office hours, and grading.

K-12 Teaching

  • K-12 Outreach Teacher (2022-2023). Designed and executed hands-on experiments for elementary school students to teach physics concepts.
  • Astronomy & Astrophysics Olympiad Teacher (2016-2017). Taught high school students astrophysics to prepare them for the National Astronomy and Astrophysics Olympiad.
